Monja Yokocho, Okonomiyaki in Odawara

My friend and I have eaten at Monja-Yokocho (もんじゃ横丁) a few times. If you want a truly Japanese experience, it is a great choice. It’s near Odawara Station and almost next to another restaurant reviewed here called Potato.

Okonomiyaki is a kind of pancake with cabbage, and your choice of other ingredients. There are about 30 different kinds to choose from.

You are brought the ingredients and you cook it right at your table.

Not recommended if you are eating by yourself. Highly recommended if you are eating in a group.

They have draft beer on tap as well. Prices are reasonable, so bring your appetite and enjoy one of the unique experiences of Japan.
