Merry Lue`s Guest House is located just 25 minutes from Hakone Yumoto, the hub of Hakone.  Merry Lue`s is one minute on foot rom Iiwahara Station on the Daiyuzan line. It is across the street from a supermarket, and next door to a Japanese restaurant.  It has two fully equipped private suites.  You do not share with other guests!

Merry Lue`s has:

Full kitchens, shower, shower & bath, free wifi, and each suite sleeps five people (5 single beds), free parking out front, a basketball court.

Plus Merry Lue`s is clean, and much cheaper than the hotels!

The rooms are very cute.  The ground floor room 75, has a animation theme with Disney, Ghibiri and Star Wars decor.   The 2nd floor room 272, has an old American Wild West theme.   Be sure to read the many reviews at Airbnb.

Kevin`s Guest House is  near one of the best temples in Japan  – Doryosan, and near what was voted as one of the best hot springs in the Hakone area: Only Yu Hot Springs.  The famous Daiyuzan trail is just up the hill from Kevin`s, where you can see old growth cedar trees, and perhaps some animals.  Deer, wild boar, tanuki (Japanese raccoon dogs) are know to live in these woods.

Kevins an actual Canadian house that was made in Canada then shipped and built in Japan like Lego!  It is a beautiful dream home with memorabilia from Kevin`s family history.

It has three private bedrooms available between October 20-May 8th.  At other times just two bedrooms are available but Kevins can sleep five.  Between October 20th to May 8th, Kevins can sleep groups of up to 7!
